RevReport (Revenue Report Portal)
Rev Report is a comprehensive reporting application designed to track variances across all billing applications, monitor collections from various payment service providers and gateways, and provide detailed information on registered payers, including both taxpayers and tax agents operating within the state. It offers a centralized platform for efficient and accurate reporting.

CMBS consolidates all the assessments of the different agencies in a single harmonized demand notice. The platform is exposed to the enrolled MDAs for profiling their payers and the applicable billing parameters. CMBS does the computation and drops each assessment in a central repository for consolidated demand notice. For ease of payment and proper accountability, the system is integrated with the payment system which enables the use of the assessments for direct payment on all the channels

She holds a B.Sc in accounting from the Delta State University and a masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the same University.

Ladi Fagbenja is a finance and project management expert with over twenty-five years experience runnining successful projects cutting across banking, finance and information technology. A member of the prestigious project management institute, he has managed several top level projects with outstanding success including World Bank Assisted projects and solutions for several States in Nigeria among others.
Ladi holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance and is a member of the chartered institute of bankers as well as the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria

With over 20 years professional experience cutting across auditing, accounting and inventory management, Ismail cut his teeth in auditing with Oni Lasebikan & Co., a well known audit firm in Nigeria, an experience that later earned him the Head of Internal Audit, Credit and Corporate Planning of a top notch merchant bank in Nigeria. He rose to the position of Regional Director of an accounting and tax practicing firm before joining the services of ICMA Services as a partner, and Executive Director.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Faruk brought his wealth of experience in problem solving and very rich human relations skills to bear on the success story of ICMA Services.

An intellectual with a first-class degree in Accounting, a master’s in Business Administration, and a PhD in Management Science, AWA has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, tax management, financial management, and revenue consulting, spanning over 30 years. He advanced to Assistant General Manager at the New Nigerian Development Company (NNDC) and served as Group Deputy Managing Consultant in a consortium specializing in public sector consulting before joining ICMA Services, where he now serves as Chairman.
AWA Ibraheem is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (United Kingdom) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Throughout his career, he has pursued numerous executive courses at prestigious institutions around the world, including Harvard University.
He also played a pivotal role in developing the Accelerated Revenue Generation Programme (ARGP), an initiative that has significantly improved public sector revenue in Nigeria over the past 15 years. Currently, he is spearheading a new initiative with the Revenue Enhancement and Electronic Monitoring System of ICMA Services.

Owolabi started his career as a Telecommunications Engineer with the Nigeria Telecommunications before venturing into the field of accounting thereby giving him a broad and diversified experience cutting across engineering, accounting and management. Owolabi has been in consulting practice for over a decade, post qualification. He has anchored the implementation of various revenue generation projects and was the Managing Director of a very successful Management Consulting firm before joining ICMA Services as a partner, and Executive Director.
A versatile resource person, the success story of ICMA Services in the area of Training and Capacity Building is a clear reflection of Owolabi’s rich experiences in human resources development and capital management.

Lukman holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and has several years of experience in financial and IT consulting. He was an Internal Auditor with John Holt Plc, a multinational corporation, and later an External Auditor to Deloitte, Adetona Isichei Co., and Olusola Adekanola & Co., both foremost accounting firms in Nigeria. Lukman has held various top management positions and was a Director in a top-flight accounting and consulting firm in Nigeria before joining ICMA Services.
In recognition of his astuteness, he was appointed Secretary to the Federal Panel of Inquiry on Temporary Imports Permit, a panel instituted by the government of Nigeria to investigate contraventions in import permit laws, between the years 2000 and 2003.

Pete Aneke is a finance and management expert with over 30 years experience. He trained with Messrs. Alexander Grant & Company in the USA and qualified a Certified Public Accountant (Wisconsin & Illinois). He worked with Price Waterhouse (Nigeria) in audit and consultancy. His cognate experience spans across various industries; in addition, he headed the finance and administration directorate of Nigeria’s premier hotel chain (Nigeria Hotels Ltd) for over a decade. He was also a member of the Presidential panel of inquiry investigating all cases of Temporary Import Permit abuses (2003-5). He is also participating in the ICAN mandatory continued professional education (MCPE) as a resource person.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Peter Aneke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, USA, where he obtained B.Sc. (Accountancy) and MBA. He attended various courses locally and overseas, including the Strategic Management course at the University of Surrey, UK.

PayValue is an electronic billing (e-billing) application designed for one-off on demand bills of MDAs. It solves the problems of revenue leakages in the system by ensuring that all bills are electronically computed and payments made according to the bills. It interfaces with the payment system to eradicate multiple usage of a single payment while keeping full records of each transaction.

TaxSmart is a web application designed for managing state Tax administration. It handles the registration of Taxpayers (and PAYE agent), taxpayers returns, assessments, payments, assessment objections, up to the issuance of electronic Tax Clearance Certificates. The application being web based makes it available for use in all tax offices across the state irrespective of locations.

REEMS is an online real-time Revenue Enhancement Electronic Monitoring System, where users can monitor collection by Banks, Agencies and different Revenue types assigned to be viewed by such users.
